Carlton Building Services offer a wide range of building services and home improvements, from smaller projects such as rendering and fitting replacement windows to larger ones such as reforms renovations. Carlton building services can take care of everything and also if required will liaise with town halls, architects and deal with all necessary licenses and permissions. As well as our regular team at Carlton buiding services also use carefully selected Spanish tradesmen. Over the years we have established good working relationships with many local suppliers, this enables us to provide a comprehensive "in house" package to meet clients needs by those who are fully conversant with Spanish methods and materials.
It can be extremely difficult finding reliable tradesmen and there have been many reports in the media highlighting the pitfalls of having work done in Spain. Carlton building services can provide genuine references and we also invite potential clients to visit properties where we are currently working or have previously worked on projects both large and small.
Many of our clients do not live in Spain full time, so we keep in regular contact via phone and email and send digital photos whenever possible so they can see the work every step of the way.
